Why we built this
Partners lost their PDM and kept every bit of the complexity
We watched the Partner Development Manager quietly disappear from most partners' lives, while all the work that came with the role stayed exactly where it was.
Programmes, incentives, designations, renewals and go-to-market planning need someone who can understand and act on them. That person usually already has a full-time job doing something else.

Growthguru.ai was founded by Microsoft alumni Paul Bunting and Lionel Moyal, with around 30 years between them at Microsoft, mostly in the partner channel.
